Jeffery (J) first started with Mission Possible eight years ago as an associate. From there, his hard work and determination had him taking on more responsibility and new roles at MP which eventually led him to the MP Neighbours Coordinator position.
As the MP Neighbours Coordinator, J recruits and trains staff, schedules shifts, build relationships throughout the community, and leads associates on their routes. On the routes, he helps provide outreach and referral services to people in the community, and does needle pick-up which helps keep Vancouver cleaner and safer. He also regularly meets with the MP Neighbours team to make sure they have what they need.
J is also a coach for Mission Possible, and works with associates to help them find their own solutions to barriers in their lives. Having benefitted from being coached in his early years at MP, the coaching culture is one of J's favourite parts of working at Mission Possible!
