Boyd is the Community Engagement Coordinator at Mission Possible, which means he reaches out to people experiencing barriers to employment and invites them to join the Employment Readiness Program (ERP). You may find him facilitating Employment Readiness workshops in the Mission Possible office, or getting the word out about the ERP at partner organisations around the community.
Boyd came to Vancouver in 2019 to complete his master’s degree in Public Policy and Global Affairs at the University of British Columbia, and he fell in love with the city and the people living in it. He was born in South Africa, raised in Botswana, Zimbabwe, and the United States, and he lived more than two years in Senegal before coming to Vancouver. He loves good music, good food, and good conversations, and he wants to hear your favourite songs.
