Arya is Mission Possible’s Power Breakfast Coordinator and is responsible for running the Power Breakfast and Coffee House programs bright and early every Saturday morning. Although Arya is a new employee at MP, he is no stranger to the Power Breakfast and Coffee House programs. He has been a volunteer for the last 4 years, and more recently was the Lead Volunteer last year.
Arya’s favourite part of his job at MP is getting to interact with the kind and spirited individuals in the DTES. From musicians to scholars to former athletes, the DTES is full of people from all walks of life.
While volunteering at MP, Arya majored in Biology at the University of British Columbia and graduated with his BSc this May at the top of his class.
Outside of work, Arya loves to play ice hockey and dreams about the day the Canucks will hoist the Stanley Cup (hopefully someday soon)!
