Aizhan is Mission Possible’s Momentum Coordinator and she supports the Employment Readiness Program (ERP) through recruiting and engaging with individuals who experience barriers to finding employment. She facilitates Employment Readiness workshops and builds partnerships with community organizations. She also oversees the Women’s Track of ERP that addresses unique gender-based barriers and empowers women in their employment journeys.
Aizhan graduated from University of British Columbia with a BA in International Relations and a minor in Gender, Race, Sexuality and Social Justice. She is passionate about community building and excited to be a part of the Mission Possible team.
