Employment Readiness Program

Overview

The Employment Readiness Program is a program at Mission Possible that is open to people who are looking to get back into the workforce. It supports individuals who are experiencing barriers to employment to navigate their journey of returning to the workforce. This is done by offering skills training, work experience and support with other employment related aspects, such as creating a resume and gaining a reference. The ERP functions as a stepping stone transitioning into a more permanent employment opportunity, and ultimately a more sustainable livelihood.
