People who join the Mission Possible community face various challenges related to homelessness and poverty. This wonderful video produced by On Demand Production Network / Pink Buffalo in Vancouver for the 2013 Mission Possible Gala, visually depicts the story of someone living on the street who moves through a process of recovery, service, training, and work - positive steps that are taken by Mission Possible community members and associates everyday. As the story shows, it's not easy to gain the momentum necessary to change your life, but it can be done, and is being done - one day at a time - at Mission Possible.
Everyday the story told in this video is repeated at Mission Possible. People from Vancouver's Downtown Eastside who are living in poverty and struggling with issues like homelessness, addiction, unemployment and mental illness walk through Mission Possible's doors looking for an opportunity to make a change.
